James Imaging Systems decided to seek outside assistance to help improve our shop floor efficiencies. Applied Manufacturing Solutions – AMS was highly recommended by various TEC/Vistage members. We contacted AMS and one of the managing partners, Glenn Kennedy, visited our facility.  Glenn immediately identified areas for improvement we never knew existed.  Clearly his wealth of manufacturing knowledge combined with years of experience, convinced us we made the right choice.  Within the first two weeks AMS began training our employees in Lean Manufacturing and Operational Excellence principles.
